Long COVID
For those suffering with Long COVID and other fatigue-based conditions, we can provide a tailored support plan to help you manage fatigue and support your ongoing quality of life. Mental health
Research has shown the positive impact that moving our bodies can have on one’s mental state. If you are on claim for a mental health condition, we can link you in with an experienced exercise physiologist who can personalise an exercise program to improve your health, function, and mental state.

Wellness programs
Allied health professionals are available to develop an individualised wellness program to support you with your personal goals and improve quality of life.
Pre-habilitation
Helps you to establish a stable routine before returning to work, focusing on aspects like sleep hygiene, nutrition, stress management and exercise.
Return to work planning
Helps you develop a plan to return to work gradually, on a timeline suited to your needs, medical condition and employer. Your safety is our number 1 priority, which is why we offer worksite and ergonomic assessments to ensure you have all the equipment needed to support you.
If you are unable to return to your previous role, we have vocational counselling services available to help you explore alternate employment options that are suitable for you.

We've partnered with Osara Health to support those living with cancer. The Cancer Coach Program is lead by a team of experienced health professionals, providing support and mental health coaching and education.
