There can be a lot to think about when it comes to making a claim – paperwork to sort and health professionals to contact. You’ll get a personal claims consultant who will partner with you or your family to make sure the process is as smooth and pain-free as possible. 

But we don’t just stop there. Wherever we can, we’ll help you and your family in the aftermath of a sickness, injury or death, and be a friendly voice at the end of the phone whenever you need us.

How does it work?

Claiming is easy – just call our claims team and we will guide you through the process. 

  1. You call us on 132 979 (opening hours 8am - 7pm, Mon-Fri, AEST)
  2. We’ll discuss your claim, including other benefits that you may be eligible to receive. Depending on your policy, you may be entitled to financial planning benefits, accommodation or grief counselling
  3. We start gathering the paperwork
  4. Once we have everything we need, we make the payment – our goal is to pay you as quickly as possible once all claim conditions are met
  5. You get ongoing support – whether you’re covered for sickness, injury or death, we like to see ourselves as partners with you or your loved ones
