Planning for Retirement course
Getting the right advice at the right time can make a big difference in helping you reach your goals in life.
Hosted by Community College and facilitated by ClearView's Financial Planners, this course has been designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills to start planning for your retirement.
After completing the course you will know:
- How to set goals for what you want in retirement
- The relationship between investment risk and return and how to deal with volatility and diversification
- Where your income can come from in retirement and how to maximise it
- How Centrelink benefits are calculated and your entitlements
- The importance of getting the right advice
Maitland, NSW
The course is run at the Hunter Community College and facilitated by ClearView Financial Planner Richard Boyle. Courses run between:
11 to 18 May from 9.00am to 12.00pm
(2 sessions, 6 hours total), and/or
29 May to 12 June from 6.30pm to 8.30pm
(3 sessions, 6 hours total)
Richard Boyle is a Senior Financial Planner with over 35 years experience in the Financial Services Industry and will conduct activities, give case studies and explain different scenarios throughout the course.

The course runs across 3 sessions (9 hours total) between 7 to 21 June at 6.30pm.
The course is run at WEA Wollongong and facilitated by ClearView Financial Planner Paul Yeoman.
Paul Yeoman is an experienced Financial Planner with over 30 years experience in the Financial Services Industry and will conduct activities, give case studies and explain different scenarios throughout the course.
